Frequently asked questions
Is CouDash an official app?
No. CouDash is an independent third-party tool that connects to the partner Open API with keys you enter yourself. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any commerce company or affiliate network.
Where do I get API keys?
Sign in to the affiliate program website, issue an Access Key and Secret Key from its Open API menu, and paste them into Settings → API Settings in the app. The app can also open the key page for you.
Could my keys leak?
Your keys are stored only in your device's secure storage and are never sent to our servers. Requests are signed on the device as well.
How much is Pro? Is it a subscription?
It's a one-time ₩9,900 lifetime purchase, not a subscription. For the first 7 days after installing you can use every Pro feature without paying.
What happens when I switch devices?
On the new device, sign in with the same store account and tap Restore Purchase on the Pro screen. Earnings data is reloaded from the official API, so you only need to enter your API keys again.
The numbers differ slightly from the official report.
CouDash shows the data the Open API provides, but timing differences can cause brief gaps. Actual payouts follow the affiliate program's official settlement.
