Privacy Policy

Effective

MintSoft ("we") respects the privacy of people who use the CouDash app (the "App"). This policy explains what the App stores, where, and which outside services it shares information with. The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not run servers that store user data.

1. Information stored only on your device

The following stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

  • Partner Open API keys (Access Key, Secret Key): kept in secure storage backed by the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore. Tapping "Disconnect" in Settings deletes them immediately.
  • Affiliate performance data: clicks, orders, revenue, commissions and product details fetched from the official API, kept on the device for display and statistics.
  • App settings and records: goals, reminder times, theme and language, commission records, etc.
  • Notifications: the Daily Brief, Weekly Report and reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device; no push server is used.

2. Communication with the official API

The App signs each request on your device with HMAC-SHA256 using the keys you entered and sends it over HTTPS directly to the affiliate program's official Open API gateway, without passing through our servers. Product images load directly from the commerce company's image servers. That company's handling of data is governed by its own policy.

3. Information processed by outside services

We use the following services, which process information within the scope below.

  • Google Firebase Analytics: anonymous usage statistics such as screens viewed and features used — to improve the App.
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics: diagnostic data when the App crashes (device model, OS version, error logs) — to improve stability.
  • Google AdMob (free version): the advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) and device information to show ads. On iOS the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission, and in regions that require consent it shows Google's consent form. If you decline, non-personalized ads may be shown.
  • RevenueCat: an anonymous app user ID and purchase history (product, purchase time, store receipt) to verify and restore Pro.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing and app update checks.

4. Information we do not collect

  • Account information such as name, email or phone number (there is no sign-up)
  • Your API keys or affiliate earnings data on our servers
  • Precise location, contacts or photos

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties other than the processors in section 3, except where required by law. Processor policies: Google, RevenueCat.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. You can delete your API keys at any time with "Disconnect" in Settings.
  • Firebase Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
  • Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat and the stores, under their policies, to support restoring purchases and legal obligations.

7. Your rights

  • You can request access to or deletion of information processed by outside services by email.
  • Limit ad tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
  • In regions that require consent, you can change your choice under "Ad Privacy Options" in the App's Settings.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post it on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the App.
